Good, with one critical flaw

The vote system at the end of the game is bs. A game should be won when the most powerful league declares victory, not when 80% of the votes are in the top leagues favor cuz everybody wants the win for themselves, nobody acknowledges the win even after the game "ends" and they keep playing. Of course when that happens, they have to continue fighting but the game mechanics dont allow an immediate foreseeable "end" to the game. Because nobody wants to admit that they didnt win, the game keeps going.
