Terrible support

I played this game for a few months and I really like it. But there are issues. You could get stuck in a time out of sorts where you are defeated but cant leave the battlefield or respawn for days. After 2 days waiting for support to help me I have not gotten a response and I have now deleted the app. Its a shame. But what game doesnt allow you to play for days on end? Waste of time.
